Typical Aroma Profile

 

The pungent aromas in the Vital hops are reminiscent of liquorice, with vegetal notes of celeriac. In addition, citrus fruits, especially grapefruit, and sweet dried fruit and plum are particularly prominent in determining the flavour profile. Also lavender blossom, fresh ginger, woody tobacco and tangy liquorice add an interesting dimension to the aroma spectrum.
