Typical Aroma Profile

 

This hops offers a well-balanced fruity, slightly spicy flavour. First Gold evokes woody, vegetal qualities reminiscent of cognac, leather and celeriac, accompanied by fruity strawberry aromas and tart nuances of citrus. In the woody character predominates combined with sweet notes of caramel, toffee, vanilla and yoghurt.
