Triploid variety developed from the German aroma hop variety Hallertauer Mittelfrueh with primary contributions from Cascade, Brewer’s Gold and Early Green. Released in 1993. This variety is also a half sister of Mount Hood and Liberty

Typical Aroma Profile
This cultivar combines intense fruity aromas like apricot, mango, passion fruit, banana and freshly pressed fruit juice. This combination gives the variety a uniquely sweet flavour. Tart notes of lime and nuances of tea form an interesting contrast, thus creating an appealing combination. This hop display notes of aromatic Earl Grey and camomile blossom, pleasantly rounded off by fresh citrus aromas, spicy curry and sweet fruity nuances of kiwi and plum.
