Typical Aroma Profile

The citrus character is a consistent background in Centennial's aroma. Woody-spicy aromas of spruce, barrique, tonka bean, tarragon and aniseed combine with fruity raspberry notes to produce a well-rounded character combined with exotic lychee and pineapple flavors.Fresh lemon and bergamot spiced with aniseed add to a flavor explosion.

All values represent the medium range of the last 4 years. Be aware that specifically the alpha and oil values can vary in a broad range depending on the relevant crop year.
