Appearance at the Beviale Summit

BarthHaas puts alcohol-free beers in the spotlight

As a sponsor of the Beviale Summit on November 9/10, the hop service provider BarthHaas is helping to shape the program of the new congress organized by Nürnberg Messe. As part of the "Future Workshop on Beverage Innovations" right at the start of the congress on Tuesday, November 9, Marius Hartmann, Head of Concept Brewing at BarthHaas, will talk about processes for producing alcohol-free beers. The presentation will show that even with alcohol-free beers, there is no need to compromise on aroma, taste and full-bodiedness.

Congress visitors can also see this for themselves in practice at the BarthHaas booth, where non-alcoholic beers will be served for tasting, the recipe for which was developed with the help of the in-house Brewing Solutions team. The communication lounge of BarthHaas can be found in the sponsor area, which Nürnberg Messe has set up to promote communication and exchange among the participants. There, beverage manufacturers, suppliers, associations and event partners present their products and services.

Due to the corona-related cancellation of this year's BrauBeviale, BarthHaas is also using this year's special edition Beviale Summit to introduce its new Spectrum® brand, a soluble hop extract that delivers the full true-to-type flavor characteristics of hop pellets. In addition, the focus will be on Lupomax® pellets, which are now available in European varieties. Experts from BarthHaas will be on hand to answer questions.

About the Beviale Summit
Nürnberg Messe has launched the new Beviale Summit to offer the beverage industry a live event even in pandemic times. The focus in the premiere year is on the beer industry, the heart of BrauBeviale and Beviale Family. All beverage sectors are to be included in future events.

At the new congress, renowned experts from the industry and beyond will speak on current topics from the world of beverages as well as from business, science, and society. The prestigious "European Beer Star" award is also to be presented there.
