Success Story – Nuremberg Brewing Collective

Tradition Reinterpreted

"Amidst the Corona pandemic, the Nuremberg Brewing Collective was established through the initiative of Schanzenbräu, with the goal of collectively safeguarding the future of our breweries and our passion for Nuremberg beer. Each year, we brew a collaboration beer called "Zusammen Halbe" (literally translated as “together half liter”). This beer is jointly marketed in the gastronomy sector and in retail outlets in Nuremberg. The beer is brewed strictly in accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516 and still embodying brewing innovation. Thanks to BarthHaas, we always are keeping with the times by using unique hop varieties and have the opportunity to test these beers in advance at the Concept Brewery. Tradition reinterpreted for the younger generation - this is our "Zusammen Halbe".
