BarthHaas Schafkop Tournament Celebrates 10th Anniversary

The annual BarthHaas Schafkopfturnier celebrated a small anniversary this year. Already for the 10th time this traditionally took place on Thursday after Ash Wednesday in the inn "Zum Alten Wirt" in Aiglsbach for Hallertau hop growers.

The 80 participants visibly enjoyed this old Bavarian tradition. In addition, the 20 best players, with free participation, could win prizes in kind from the BarthHaas company.
By some margin, Alois Heindl from Ebrantshausen took first place and thus a wellness weekend at Gut Riedelsbach. Second-place winner Michael Bergermeier from Vohburg was delighted with a Samsung Galaxy A40. Martin Wiesbeck from Niederlauterbach won the third prize, a Makita cordless drill. Fourth place went to Erwin Obermeier from Rohr, who was rewarded with a Makita cordless angle grinder. Fifth place went to Thomas Obster from Aiglsbach, who received a hoist. The picture shows the winners together with Peter Hintermeier, member of the management, and Florian Weingart, tournament supervisor.
We wish everyone lots of fun with their prizes and hope for lively participation again next year!
