Hofstetter Family
Tradition is written large in Unterempfenbach - and harvested. In addition, the Hofstetter family plants other hop varieties, such as Nordbrauer, Magnum, or Polaris, on 28 hectares. Johannes Hofstetter, who took over his parents' business in 2017, attaches particular importance to cohesion. That's why his wife Melanie and he show their appreciation for the employees to their children at an early age. The close cooperation with BarthHaas runs in the family.
