Hoplander

For the second consecutive year, Maisel & Friends and BarthHaas proudly join forces to brew Hoplander - an innovative Single Hop IPA showcasing the exciting new hop variety Krush® (formerly HBC 586) from the Hop Breeding Company (HBC). This collaboration combines Maisel’s renowned brewing expertise with BarthHaas’ cutting-edge hop innovations.
Hoplander is bursting with intense, fresh aromas that deliver a vibrant and juicy hop experience. Dominant notes of freshly cut orange and ripe mango are complemented by subtle hints of peach and resin, creating a complex yet harmonious flavor profile. Krush® offers a unique balance of sweetness and brightness, making this IPA both refreshing and full-bodied. Brewed with precision and passion, Hoplander perfectly captures the spirit of modern craft brewing - bold, flavorful, and irresistibly drinkable.
Refraction Neo Aussie IPA
Description:
Refraction Neo Aussie IPA is an IPA brewed in collaboration with Busa dei Briganti – setting new standards in both flavor and efficiency. This beer represents modern hop expression and intelligent brewing craftsmanship.
The hop profile is built on a powerful combination: PRYSMA™, the latest liquid hop product based on the Eclipse® variety, delivers intense notes of juicy citrus and tropical freshness. It is complemented by a new Australian hop variety, HPA-033 in T90 pellets, which contributes a unique tropical-fruit-forward aroma (lemon marmalade and mango). In fact, PRYSMA™ replaced around 75% of the total amount of hops during dry hopping. Using PRYSMA™ in dry hopping enabled a significant reduction in labor, much lower beer losses, shorter production times, and easier handling during centrifugation – all without compromising on aroma quality or intensity. Refraction Neo Aussie IPA is the proof that the future of IPA not only tastes better but is also brewed smarter.
Barahsinghe Pilsner
Description: Tradition and innovation united – for stable flavour and efficient brewing. Barahsinghe Pilsner is a crisp, clean lager rooted in tradition but brewed with modern precision. At 5% ABV, it’s the perfect balance of refreshing drinkability and refined flavor - true to its classic European heritage.
Following Brewing Solutions team recommendations, Yak elevated the noble hop character using SPECTRUM; a natural, liquid hop extract platform offered in multiple hop varieties, each designed to express a different hop character. For this beer, the German Noble variety of SPECTRUM brings the authentic floral and herbal aromatics that define a great Pilsner. This approach not only preserves the delicate aroma and bitterness balance but also significantly enhances flavor stability and dry hopping efficiency.The result is a beautifully bright Pilsner with a fine noble hop profile - subtle spice, soft florals, and a crisp, refreshing finish. Whether you're enjoying it in the foothills of Nepal or anywhere in the world, Barahsinghe Pilsner is proof that precision brewing and timeless style go hand in hand.

Delivering a real IPA flavor in an alcohol-free beer can be tricky but Brooklyn Brewery has nailed it. Through a close working relation with our Brewing Solutions Team, we perfected the use of Incognito® and SPECTRUM in the production process to help make Special Effects.
Now one of the most loved AF IPAs available, we are especially proud of how SPECTRUM adds a full hop flavor just like you would get from hop pellets. And of course, because SPECTRUM disperses more fully and stays dispersed for longer than any other 100% natural liquid hop product, Special Effects enjoys a long and stable flavor for good shelf-life.

Following a visit to Yakima during the 2024 hop harvest, Brice Le Guennec, founder of Brasserie Galibier in the French Alps, discovered our SensoryPlus® procedure. He was impressed by the sensory rigor and selection process and now values the LUPOMAX® portfolio more than ever - especially the standout new varieties Dolcita™ and Krush®.
Born in the French Alps in partnership with Brasserie Galibier, this NEIPA delivers explosive hop character with smooth drinkability - powered by Dolcita™ (HBC 1019) and Krush®, two modern, expressive hop varieties. Crafted using the SensoryPlus® approach, this beer showcases exceptional true-to-type aroma: lush tropical fruit with notes of pineapple, coconut, peach, and guava, bright citrus, and a soft, pillowy mouthfeel that keeps you coming back. At the heart is LUPOMAX®, delivering dense, consistent flavor from batch to batch. And with SPECTRUM Krush® enhancing the dry hop charge, this beer gains smoothness, efficiency, and a long-lasting hop presence that remains stable throughout its shelf life. Future-focused, innovative, and full of flavor – the collaboration between Hoppebräu and BarthHaas. Hoppebräu is an independent craft brewery from Waakirchen, Bavaria, known for its creative beer styles and uncompromising quality. With a strong focus on craftsmanship and innovation, Hoppebräu has earned a solid reputation in the German beer scene - making it the perfect partner for this forward-looking collaboration with BarthHaas.
Why this collaboration? BarthHaas and Hoppebräu share a passion for hops, flavor, and progress. Together, they bring two new, future-oriented hop varieties to the glass: Tango and Huell Classic, both processed as T90 pellets. These varieties represent the best of tradition and innovation, opening new possibilities for modern brewing artistry. They were brewed in a Dry-Hopped Lager style - a beer that combines classic freshness with aromatic depth. The result is a finely balanced lager with fruity and spicy notes, igniting the next stage of hop evolution.
Kombucha Hops

Loklok Hoppy Kombucha: Bright, balanced, and brewed without compromise. No gushing with PRYSMA™ after experiencing issues with T90 pellets, Loklok Hoppy Kombucha found a game-changing solution.
This kombucha started as a bold idea - to bring the depth and complexity of hops into a living, fermented tea. However, early trials using pellet hops (T90) caused major challenges, including gushing (overfoaming) and product losses, making consistent quality difficult to achieve. That all changed with the introduction of LUPOMAX® and PRYSMA™. By switching to LUPOMAX®, Loklok captured full-spectrum hop flavor and true-to-type taste. PRYSMA™, a 100% natural liquid hop product that is easy to dose, stable, and smooth on the palate, brought balance and structure to the kombucha as well as clarity and complexity that remained consistent from tank to bottle. To add diversity and brightness, PRYSMA™ (Citra® and Lemon) - was layered in - contributing fresh fruity aromatics and giving the kombucha an extra lift of hop-driven character.
