It’s both expressive and versatile, excelling in many modern beer styles, from Lagers and Pilsners to Pale Ale and IPAs.

  • Aroma Profile

Typical Aroma Profile

Luna® is distinguished by its lush mango, dark berry and spicy citrus characteristics that complement a range of modern beer styles. Beyond its impressive fruit expression, Luna® also brings a naturally high polyphenol content that helps lift the overall flavor intensity and adds a pleasing, rounded mouthfeel. The result is a hop character that carries through the palate with clarity, while still feeling full and smooth. This makes it an ideal partner with other contemporary varieties and integrates well in hop-forward recipes. In brewing trials, the hop has shown it can be beautifully layered across the process: spicy citrus nuances on the hot side and juicy mango on the cold side, with brewers also reporting bold tropical fruit and citrus notes in beer styles like West Coast Pilsners. From Pilsners to IPAs, Luna® offers creative flexibility backed by reliable performance in the brewhouse.
