Free Webinar on Dry Hopping

Yesterday was finally the day. The first BarthHaas online Hopinar of the "Dry Hopping Boot Camp" series took place with 182 participants. Six members of the BarthHaas Brewing Solutions team shared their knowledge and experience in Part I: The Right Timing.

Among other things, the advantages and disadvantages of the different timing of dry hopping and the effects on beer taste were explained and a representative beer style was also presented. The historical background and the development of NEIPA (New England IPA) was explained to the participants. Then our brewer from the BarthHaas CONCEPT BREWERY shared his recipe for New England IPA, which was also presented at Brau 2019. Participants were able to send questions to the Brewing Solutions team before or during the event, some of which were answered live. The questions that were not answered live were answered afterwards by the team via e-mail.
