Triskel is a descendant of Strisselspalt with a more potent aroma potential. The name ''Triskel'' was inspired by triskelion, the symbol of the Gauls, the ancestors of the modern French people, which represents the three elements: Earth, Air, and Water.

Typical Aroma Profile

 

This hop offers notes of cream caramel such as toffee combine with strawberry aromas and green vegetal artichokes, peppers and nettles. Woodyaromatic tobacco contributes an interesting note to the overall flavour profile. Besides these green vegetal components, there are extracts of creamy yoghurt with sweet honey, fruity peach, watermelon and floral geranium.
