AROMA PROFILE

Triskel (formerly P09-18) is a new breed hop with an aroma similar to Strisselspalt. High content of essential oils make Triskel very suitable for late and dry hopping. A pleasant and well-balanced bitter character. The name ''Triskel'' was inspired by triskelion, the symbol of the Gauls, the ancestors of the modern French people, which represents the three elements: Earth, Air, and Water.
