Typical Aroma Profile

 

This hop is characterised by spicy-herbal, woody flavours of fennel, hay, wood, tobacco and nutmeg, combined with citrus top notes and sweet bananas. In the cold infusion, the overall profile is reinforced by notes of barrique and gingerbread, tobacco, hazelnut, nougat and chocolate.
