Relax

Germany

DESCRIPTION

Relax is a hop variety that originally was not bred for use in beer originally but instead for tea. It has a low alpha acid content, an unusually high beta acid content, and a very high oil content, which makes it a very attractive variety for brewers. Because of its high oil content, a broad range of different flavours can be expected. It presents aromas of cornflowers, alpine meadows, lemongrass and hibiscus, complemented by sweet fruit notes.
