Typical Aroma Profile
Agnus offers woody-aromatic notes of barrique, leather and tonka combined with herbal notes of hay and mushrooms, scented lavender and menthol. The raw hops are also dominated by spicy feral components such as valerian, tobacco, thyme and lovage combined with sweet fruity components such as multivitamin juice, dried fruits.
*Alpha acids are determined by conductometric titration (EBC 7.4) in Europe, by spectrophotometry (ASBC Hops-6) in the USA. Oil composition is determined by gas chromatography (ASBC Hops-17, EBC 7.12).
